Prepare a pain summary for an appointment

Organize your pain notes before an appointment with a history and PDF report.

Before your appointment

Choose a period and review the recorded days. Find the areas, intensities and notes you want to discuss. Prepare your own questions.

Share only what you choose

In Reliefly, open Settings, then Prepare a consultation. Review the last seven days and share the summary as a free PDF if you wish. Full PDF reports and CSV exports are available with Plus. Check the document before choosing a recipient: nothing is sent automatically.

A discussion aid

Charts summarize your personal observations; they do not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you prefer recording observations by hand, a blank paper sheet is also available.

Free summary and full report: what is the difference?

Since version 0.4, the free summary covers the last seven days and excludes personal notes. The full Plus PDF report lets you choose a period and optionally include notes. The Plus CSV export provides tabular data. Always review the generated file before sharing it.

An example of preparation

Before an appointment, consider three questions: which period did I record, which observations do I want to show, and what would I like to ask? A missing day should remain identifiable as a day without an entry. These prompts help you present your observations without drawing a medical conclusion.

How to share your PDF

Open Settings, then Prepare a consultation for the free summary. Your phone’s share menu lets you choose a recipient or a location for the file. No professional automatically receives your journal. Check the recipient’s address and avoid posting a personal report publicly.

Your journal, on your phone.
