Your journal stays on your device

Reliefly helps you record and review pain. The app stores dates and times, intensity, body areas, pain types, factors or activities you enter, notes, pain-free days, and custom body areas in a local database. Charts and averages are calculated from these entries.

Language and reminder settings are also kept on the device. The app does not send journal data to the publisher, a Reliefly server, or a sync service. The current version has no account, advertising, or in-app third-party analytics.

Optional reminders

If you turn on reminders, Reliefly asks for permission to show notifications. Reminder times are stored locally and notifications are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off in the app or your phone settings.

You stay in control

You can delete a single entry or choose “Delete all local data” in Settings. This removes entries and custom body areas, cancels reminders, clears their settings, and resets the app language to English. Android system backup is disabled for the app; uninstalling it normally removes its local data.

Data export is disabled in the current version. Because the publisher cannot access your local journal, they cannot recover or erase it remotely. Protect your phone with a screen lock: anyone with access to an unlocked device may be able to see locally stored data.

When you visit or write to us

This presentation website is hosted by Vercel. The host receives technical information needed to serve and protect pages, including IP addresses and request details. The website has no contact form, advertising, or analytics script. The interactive preview uses sample data only in your browser; it cannot access the journal on your phone.

Clicking a contact or beta access link prepares an email in your email app. If you send it, Antonin Suilen receives your address, message, and anything else you choose to include to answer and handle your request. Please do not email health data. The mailbox is Gmail, provided by Google. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted subject to applicable obligations.

Questions and privacy rights

Contact emails are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in replying to requests. Technical website data is processed to operate and protect the site, also on the basis of legitimate interest. Its retention depends on the host’s settings and retention periods. For these activities, you may request access, correction, or deletion, and object to or request restriction of processing where applicable. Write to getreliefly@gmail.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Your journal, stored only on your device, is managed in the app: we have no copy to provide. According to CNIL guidance, strictly local personal processing may fall outside GDPR scope for the software publisher. Website data and email correspondence must be considered separately.

If the app changes

Reliefly is a personal tracking tool, not a diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. If future features change how data is used — such as accounts, sync, or export — this page will be updated before those features launch. The update date appears at the top.
